One wonders exactly how Grothman claims to be "conservative" when he's on the opposite side of Federalizing grade-schools from (even) Jim Sensenbrenner(!!)
We all knew that Paul Ryan is bound and determined to keep his job, so he toadies up to Boehner and the (D) Left as much as possible. And one really never had much hope for Duffy.
But Grothman? Really??
